Milestone-2 Feedback
You and your partner will have received in class another
group's Milestone-2. Your job is to provide feedback and suggestions
to them.
Make the feedback as useful as possible—something that
you yourself would appreciate receiving. I expect
something of roughly two paragraphs in length for high-level comments,
but it really depends on how refined a milestone-2 writeup was that
you received: if you got a very detailed milestone-2, please make your
milestone-2 detailed as well; if what you got was exceedingly rough,
you should say that and there is less need to go on at much length.
Your high-level
comments—one writeup per group—should be delivered by email to
both members of the group whose milestone-2 you read,
copying me
(rogaway@cs.ucdavis.edu)
(this will count as an assignment like
any other). You may
include low-level feedback in your email review as well as the
high-level feedback
(I mean things like a list of typos or grammatical corrections),
but you are welcome to give low-level feedback as hardcopy, if this
is easier, handing it to the group in class.
The deadline is before the next class meeting (whenever your section
meets).
