Modeling and Data Analysis in Life Sciences: 2017

Projects

General notes regarding the projects:
  • There are three options for the project: please pick one. You may do more than one if you want, but I will only take one into account and you will not get extra credit for doing more
  • You may decide to use some additional resources to solve your project: this is perfectly fine. It is very important however that web pages, servers, research papers, textbooks, etc. used for the projects are cited properly in a reference section in the report.
  • The project is due on Sept 30th at the latest. No exception
